2. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law (e.g., in the case of a defective or misrepresented product).

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The product must not have been used, tampered with, or altered.

5. How to Request a Return

  • Include your full name, order number, date of purchase, and the reason for the return.
  • We will respond within 5 business days with return instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy where possible.

7. Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the credit.
